As I look back at photos of 2010, I see my kids and say to myself, "Oh, how they have grown!". Parenthood is about investing in our kids as I've to learn to invest in my 3 little ones life for the future generations to come. It's rewarding!I've learn so much over the past years and I will always be learning. Somethings I've learn as a full time mother is to learn to understand my kids. The key to this is Effective Communication. I've to learn to use various tools and styles of communicating to a 9, 7 and 6 year old. They all have various learning styles and I discovered that one is highly visual, one is highly kinetic and the other is highly audio! None of them learn the same way, all three learn very extremely different way. I am challenged to raise each of them differently and it will be an exciting journey.
