Ear Piercing

I was surprise when Caylie asked to pierce her ears, on her last birthday. So on the 1st March 2011, while we were in the mall, I decided to get her ears pierce and I didn't inform her till we were at the shop. She was happy and the tension was short. If I were to inform her before lunch, she probably would not have enjoyed her lunch. So she enjoyed her lunch, had her ears pierce and she is happy with her new butterfly earrings!
She pierced her ears when she was about 5 years old at a gold smith. But it the earring stat was too tied, causing her ears to swell up and then having infection. I thought she would never have courage to pierce her ears again. This time, i check to make sure the earring stat was not tied, and it's not. It's not pinching her ears. It's just nice. And by evening, it didn't hurt. The pain slowly subside. Today, she's enjoying herself, even trying on my earrings! I'm happy for her.
